Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use fibona.ai, Fibona Agent and the Fibona iPhone app (“the service”), run by Fibona AI (“we”). By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Fibona Agent is an experimental AI agent that writes and runs its own code: on the web, in a cloud sandbox of your own; in the iPhone app, on your phone, where it can change the app itself. It is early software. Features may change or go away, it may be unavailable at times, and its work may be lost, so keep copies of anything that matters.

Your account

You sign in with GitHub, X or Google. Your account is for you alone; you are responsible for what happens under it, on every device you sign in to.

Usage limits

Each account has a daily budget for model requests, and a limit on how fast it can send them. We may change these, and pause use that goes beyond them.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• attack, scan or overload other systems, or spread malware;
• send spam, or harass or harm anyone;
• get around usage limits, or resell or share access to the service;
• break the usage policies of the providers whose models the agent calls.

We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Your content

What you put in, and what the agent produces for you, is yours. You let us store and process it, and send it to the services in our Privacy Policy, as needed to run the service. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsafe: check it before you rely on it, and review code before you run it elsewhere.

Open source

The agent’s source code is published on GitHub; the license in that repository governs your use of the code. These terms cover the service we run.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or work, arising from your use of the service.

Ending

You can stop using the service, and ask us to delete your account, at any time. We may end or change the service, or your access to it, with notice where we reasonably can.

Changes

When these terms change, we update them here and change the date at the top. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
